At Trinity EV, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be requested and processed.
Order Cancellation
- Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched or confirmed for delivery.
- To request a cancellation, contact our support team via email or phone.
- Once an order is dispatched or confirmed, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of receiving the cancellation request or returned product.
- Refunds will be made via the same payment method used during purchase unless otherwise agreed.
- Any bank or transaction charges related to refunds may be borne by the customer, if applicable.
Return of Products
- Products eligible for return must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of product delivery.
- Contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping back the product.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items or services may not be eligible for refund, including but not limited to:
- Products that have been customized or personalized.
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Fees related to third-party services, delivery charges, or taxes where applicable.
Processing Time
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on the bank or payment provider. Customers will be notified via email when the refund is processed.
